I called in to get boutique for graduation. I told them the item that I was looking for by name. The white and blue boutique. They said that they didn't have any blue flowers in but they would the next day. They said they would call when it was ready. I got a call saying that their white roses weren't doing well. I said as long as its white and blue, trying to be super flexible. But when I got there. The boutique had no white flowers and some weird blue flowers and a lot of green. No where close to what was ordered. I would have cancelled the order if she would have told me she had no white flowers.

Pretty disappointed. What I received looked nothing like what I ordered. I ordered a full week before I needed them and still received a call the day before saying they were low on stock of lots of flowers because it was the end of the week. So just know, no amount of prior notice will make them prepare properly to actually fulfill your order. If you need a weekend bouquet you’ll end up with whatever scraps are leftover. They also had me pick it up from the sandwich shop nearby, which wasn’t far but just felt a bit tacky. Overall, it just wasn’t an experience or a product that was professional enough to justify the price I paid. Not worth it at all and I’ll never make the mistake of ordering here again.

I needed a last minute birthday bouquet on a holiday weekend and they pulled through magnificently. Fantastic arrangement at an affordable price with delivery. I couldn't be happier and I'm definitely going to be a repeat customer.

I had ordered Birthday flowers for my niece on a short notice for delivery and they were very accommodating. I had seen dragonflies on another website but loved her arrangement, so just called to see if they could do something similar. They were more than happy to add them. My niece just loved those dragonflies and made her day! I highly recommend them.

I ordered a beautiful pink spring arrangement for m9m sick mother in hospital. I paid up for the premium size.What they sent was pretty, ALLIED roses with several types of lillys.There was a Lilly with primary colors that my mom hates.I would have never ordered this arrangement. I called the business, I emailed the business more then once.I tipped well for the delivery staff and would have purchased a second arrangement even though I was not happy with the colors or style they sent.My mom LOVES pastels & succulents, both of which I ordered and didn't receive. Had thus business just responded I would have never posted a negative review. But at 81 and her days being counted I really wanted to get her something she liked. They were promt,and the $124 .arrangement was nice for a wife or girlfriend. I posted pictures of what I ordered compared to what I got.
